It's hard to say sometimes what is a "place" name - to me, if a place is named after a person, then it's not really a place name (because it was already a person's name). I don't really consider Madison a place name, because it's not a city or a country ... but it's hard to know where to draw the line, isn't it???
I like Caspian and Florence best, and I guess you could add Albion or Alban as a place name.
Technically, there is a city called Madison in the state of Wisconsin here in the states. That's probably where that came from. :)
