Terms and Conditions for Naming Services on The Art of Naming:


This site offers naming services.

Private Baby Naming Services which are one-on-one with me via email. They remain 100% confidential and none of your information is shared with anyone ever. You pay $25 for unlimited, personalized suggestions and advice from the owner of The Art of Naming, Kara Jones  for as long as it takes to choose the perfect name. By choosing this option, you pay for privacy. We guarantee that your information is protected. You will work with Kara to come to a satisfying solution. If you are not pleased with this service, state your thoughts and we will work to correct it and find the best name for you in the end. There are no refunds for this service since you are pay for time, privacy and suggestions.

The payments are processed securely via PayPal. My Paypal account is under the name Zee Studios rather than The Art of Naming. It is the business name I use.

All payments and donations go toward my time and effort in assisting you, whether or not I give you the winning name. Again, there are no refunds. Proceeds may be applied toward website maintenance costs and potential marketing fees.  Of course, the best marketing is always word of mouth. If I was able to help you find a winning name, and you are satisfied with my service, please spread the word by telling your friends and family about my service. It is very appreciated.
